ويترتب علي هذه الشهادة منح الشركة الشخصية الاعتباريه بعد قيدها في السجل التجاري ولا تنشئ هذه الشهادة أي حق للشركة في مزاولة غرضها إلا بعد الحصول علي التراخيص اللازمة لمزاولة غرضها من الجهات المختصة .

This certificate is awarded after personality recorded in the commercial register and does not generate this certificate any right for the company to perform its purpose only after obtaining the necessary licenses for the purpose by the competent authorities.
