دائرة المقاصة والتسوية
تختص الدائرة بإجراء المقاصة والتسوية لصفقات التداول المنفذة في نظام التداول وذلك بهدف تحديد صافي حقوق والتزامات الأعضاء وإتمام إجراءات التسوية (السهمية / النقدية ) للصفقات المنفذة وفقا لأحكام لائحة تنظيم المقاصة والتسوية.
كما تختص الدائرة بمهام ومسؤليات تحويل ملكية الاوراق المالية المستثناة من نظام التداول المشار اليها في لائحة تنظيم المقاصة والتسوية في الفصل السادس.

Clearing and settlement serviceThe Chamber has jurisdiction to conduct clearing and settlement for executing trading transactions in the trading system in order to determine net member rights and obligations and settlement procedures (cash/equity) of transactions in accordance with the provisions of the regulation, clearing and settlement.As the service specific tasks and responsibilities of patients transferring ownership of securities excluded from the trading system indicated in clearing and settlement regulation in Chapter vi.

Clearing Department and settlement

also responsible for the department functions and responsibilities of transferring securities excluded ownership of the system Trading referred to in regulation clearing and settlement in Chapter VI.
