11- في حالة عدم إقرار الموازنة ضمن

11- في حالة عدم إقرار الموازنة ضمن توقيتها المقرر وتجاوز ذلك الامر الى السنة المالية التالية ( الجديدة ) يجري اعتماد مبدأ 1/12 عند الصرف وللأغراض التشغيلية فقط او اية قرارات تصدر بهذا الشأن
