وبعد انتهاء كافة البينات واكتمال المرافعة , قررت المحكمة حجز الدعوى للحكم لجلسة اليوم ليكون حكما حضوريا بالنسبة للمتهمين من الاول وحتى السابع عملا بنص المادة (167) من قانون الاجراءات الجزائية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 97/1999 (يعتبر الحكم حضوريا بالنسبة الى كل من يحضر من الخصوم عند النداء على الدعوى ولو غادر الجلسة بعد ذلك او تخلف عن الحضور في الجلسات التي تؤجل اليها الدعوى بدون ان يقدم عذرا مقبولا) .

After all of the evidence and argument is complete, the Court decided to reserve a case for judgment of today's session to be down provision for the first accused, pursuant to article 7 (167) of the code of Criminal Procedure promulgated in Royal Decree No 97/1999 (the judge's issuance both to bring opponents when appeal proceedings if he left after that meeting or failed to appear at the hearings adjourn the case without an acceptable excuse).

After all the evidence and the completion of the hearing, the Court decided to reserve the case for the rule of today's session to be sentenced in his presence for the defendants from the first to the seventh in accordance with provisions of Article 167 of the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 97/1999 (The verdict of his presence in relation to everyone who attends the opponents when the appeal on the case even if he left the meeting after that, or fails to appear at the hearings postponed her lawsuit without an acceptable excuse).
