بإعطاء اية بيانات تتعلق بالأوراق المالية المحفوظة لديه
إلى الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية
أو بورصتي الأوراق المالية
أو شركة مصر للمقاصة
للإيداع والقيد المركزي
أو البنك المركزي المصري
أو اياً ممن تفوضه الجهات المذكورة
فور طلبها ذلك

The right of disclosure
authorized customer of the bank to
give any statements concerning saved securities has
to the General Authority for Financial Supervision
or stock exchanges
or Misr for Clearing
Depository and central registry
or CBE ,
or none of those authorized by party
immediately upon their request
