يتعين على الجمعيات التي تتلقى مساعدات أجنبية أن تُصرح بذلك إلى الأمانة العامة للحكومة مع تحديد المبالغ عليها ومصدرها داخل أجل ثلاثين يوما كاملا من تاريخ التوصل بالمساعدة.‏وكل مخالفة لمقتضيات هذا الفصل، يعرض الجمعية المعنية للفسخ وفق ماهو منصوص عليه في الفصل السابع.‏

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The associations that receive foreign aid should be authorized to the General Secretariat of the Government with the amounts determined by its source inside for thirty days in full from the date of reaching assistance.
Every violation of the requirements of this chapter, presents the Assembly concerned to terminate in accordance with what is stipulated in Chapter VII.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Associations receiving foreign assistance must declare this to the Government Secretariat, with amounts and their origin within 30 full days of the date of the assistance.
Any violation of the requirements of this chapter shall be submitted to the relevant assembly for annulment as stipulated in Chapter VII.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The association receiving foreign aid must report to the Government Secretariat and its amount and source shall be determined within 30 days of the date of arrival of the aid.
Every violation of the requirements of this chapter, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII, is against corruption.
