ويجب تقيد مبلغ السلفة والبيانات المتعلقة بها في سجل السلف المؤقتة او الكشف الآلي عند تسلمها من القسم المالي / محاسب المشروع وعند تسويتها طبقاً لاحكام هذا الدليل ويرعى عند منحها والصرف منها مايلي :-
