تقوم لجنة الموازنة برفع تقرير الى المدير العام لطلب التعديل ومرفق التوصيات يقوم المدير العام بعرضها على مجلس الإدارة لأخذ اعتماد مجلس الإدارة على التعديلاتيقوم المدير العام بإرسال التعديلات الى لجنة الموازنة تقوم لجنة الموازنة بإدراج التعديلات على الموازنة وتعميمها على الإدارات المعنية
