عقد اجتماع للجنة يوم السبت الموافق 30/8/2015 حيث :
اشتملت الزيارة على المحاور التالية :-
• موافقة رئيس البلدية على القضية التي اختارتها اللجنة (وهي الحديقة العامة للعائلات ).
• تم مناقشة قضية الحديقة وتحديد اجتماع مع اعضاء اللجنة ومدير البلدية من اجل مناقشة اختيار مكان للحديقة حيث عرض على اللجنة موقعين الاول في منطقة الجابريات والثاني موقع حرش السعادة .
• عرض على اللجنة من قبل رئيس البلدية وأعضائها دخول اللجنة في المجلس الاستشاري الذي تنوي البلدية العمل على انشائة خلال الشهر القادم ومهمته لجوء البلدية من اجل استشارتهم في جميع القضايا التي تهم المواطن في مدينة جنين .
• تحديد موعد خلال اسبوع من اجل عقد اجتماع مع مدير البلدية السيد ممدوح عساف مع اللجنة من اجل العمل على قضية الحديقة وبحضور مدير قسم الزراعة البلدية السيد بسام عايش وذلك من اجل وضع جميع احتياجات الحديقة من اشجار زينة وورد .
• الانتظار لتحديد موعد لاستلام مذكرة التفاهم من قبل البلدية واستلامها من قبل رئيس البلدية والقسم القانوني في البلدية .
