في البداية احب ان اشكر ابي و امي لمساعدتهما لي و دعمهم المستمر لي خلال مسيرتي التعليمية و الحياتية وذلك لتحقيق م اطمح اليه, بعد ذلك اتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لأساتذتي الكرام على كل ما قدموه لي من معلومات قيمة و حسن تعامل و المساعدة وقت الحاجة , ثم اتقدم بعد ذلك بالشكر الجزيل الى الدكتور هيثم الذي لطالما قدم لي العون و النصائح و الارشادات التي بدورها ساعدتني خلال خطتي التدريبية أخيرا و ليس اخرا اريد ان اتقدم بالشركة الجزيل الى فريق ادارة خدمات الموارد البشرية في شركة ياسرف الذين عشت معهم اياما جميلة و رائعة و حصلت منهم على معلومات قيمة و احب ان اشكرهم ايضا على مساعدتي في انجاز و انجاح خطتي التدريبية

At first I would like to thank my mother and father to assist me and continued support to me during my life and education so as to achieve what I aspire to, then extend my sincere thanks to our distinguished professors on all their valuable information and warmth and assistance when needed, and then after that I thank Dr Haitham who always gave me help and advice and instructions which in turn helped me during my internship last but not least, I want to extend my thanks to the company Human resources services management team in the company yaserf who lived with them for days beautiful and amazing and I got them valuable information and I would like to thank them too for helping me accomplish and make training plans
