الدليل رقم (126)

بشأن الاشتراطات البيئية الموحدة لمشاريع تربية الابقار وانتاج الالبان
ومشتقاتها التي يجب على المالك التقيد بها طوال فترة المشروع

1ـ الاشتراكات البيئية العامة :
1. يجب ان تكون المعلومات المقدمة للوزارة او الواردة في طلب الحصول على التصريح البيئي دقيقة وصحيحة وتمثل جميع مكونات المشروع ومراحله والطاقة الانتاجية ونوع الطاقة والمواد المستخدمة مع تقديم كافة الخرائط والرسومات التوضيحية للمشروع ، وان يتم ابلاغ هذه الوزارة بالنسبة لاي تغيير يتم اجراءه .

2. يجب التعرف والالمام والتقيد التام بالقوانين واللوائح البيئية بالسلطنة قبل الشروع في تنفيذ المشاريع مع التعهد بالالتزام الكامل بتلك القوانين واللوائح في جميع مراحل المشروع (البناء - التشغيل - الاغلاق) ، ومنها قانون حماية البيئة ومكافحة التلوث الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم (114/2001) واللوائح التنفيذية الخاصة به والتي من ضمنها ما يلي :
أ - اللائحة الخاصة بادارة المخلفات الصلبة غير الخطرة الصادرة بالقرار الوزاري رقم (17/93) .
ب ـ اللائحة الخاصة بادارة المخلفات الخطرة الصادرة بالقرار الوزاري رقم (18/93) .
ج ـ لائحة التحكم في ملوثات الهواء المنبعية من مصار ثابتة الصادرة بالقرار الوزاري رقمم (118/2004) .
