2. يتم توجيه دعوه للمورد أو المقاول لعقد اجتماع رسمي خلال(14) يوماً من تاريخ ظهور الخلاف (النزاع) وذلك لمناقشة أوجه الخلاف بين الطرفين وتسجيل محاضر لهذه المناقشات والتوقيع عليها من قبل الطرفين فإذا ما تم الاتفاق على حل معين وتطلب هذا الحل تغيير أي شرط من شروط العقد فيجب الحصول على موافقة لجنة المناقصات ورئيس الجمعية قبل تنفيذ هذا الاتفاق.

If what has been agreed on the specific solution and requests this solution to change any the condition of the terms of the contract must obtain the approval of the Tender Committee and President of the Assembly before the implementation of this agreement.
