أقر أنا المذكور أعلاه بأنني قد استلمت من المؤسسة ما هو مذكور أدناه وذلك عُهدة لاستخدامها في أعمال الشركة ، و أتعهد بالمحافظة عليها و اعادة تسليمها للمؤسسة لدى انتهاء الغرض من استخدامها أو لدى تركي العمل بالمؤسسة . و في حالة عدم تسليم العهدة المذكورة أعلاه ، كلها أو بعضها فأنني أفوض الشركة في اتخاذ اللازم نحو خصم القيمة التي تقدرها مقابل هذة العهدة، من مستحقاتي لديها ، دون أى اعتراض مني .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

I mentioned above that I have received from the institution as stated below and that custody for use in the company's business, and pledge to maintain and deliver enterprise upon completion of the intended use or the Turkish action. In case of non-delivery of custody mentioned above, some or all, I authorize company to take necessary towards the value estimated by discounting these cash, paid, without any objection from me.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

I acknowledged that I have mentioned above have received from the institution as described below in order to use them in the custody of the company's business, and I pledge to maintain them and re-delivered to the institution at the end of their intended use or work with the Turkish establishment. And in the case of non-delivery of the inventory described above, all or some of them, I authorize the company to take too much about the value estimated by the inventory for this discount, from my receivables have, without any objection from me.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

I am above that I had received from the institution as mentioned below, for use in the care of one of the company, and pledge to preserve and re delivered to the enterprise. At the end of their purpose or to the Turkish foundation.And in the case of non delivery of the inventory listed above, in whole or in part, I authorize the company to do the necessary about value, estimated by deducting money for that inventory of my dues, without any objection from me.
