يمنح اعضاء اللجنة مايلزم من وقت لحضور اجتماعات اللجنة دون نقص في اجورهم ومزاياهم وبما لا يؤثر على فاعلية سير العمل في المنشأة ولا يضر اعضاء اللجنة بسبب عضويتهم فيها
