كما اعترف ان الاكياس التي كانت يحتويها الارز من ماركة (NAAM) كانت تحتوي على حشرات وغير صالحة لاعادة التعبئة لذا اضطروا لاستبدالها في اكياس جديدة ، كما افاد المتهم الثالث بانه تلقى اتصالا من فريق العمل التابع لمطاعم شركة كيمجى حول احضار عينة من ارز ماركة (NAAM) واخباره ان الارز يوجد به حشرات وبودرة ويجب تنظيفه واستبدال الاكياس المعبأة به كونها لا تصلح لاعادة التعبئة فيها مرة اخرى ، و لذلك أمر المتهم الثاني بالقيام والاشراف على عملية التنظيف والتصفية ، كما افاد المتهمين الخامس والسادس ان الارز الذي قاما بتنظيفه يحتوي على حشرات ميتة وبودرة وكذلك ان الاكياس التي كان الارز معبأ فيها وهو من ماركة (NAAM) كانت قديمة ومتغيرة اللون ، وهذا الاعتراف يتوافق مع اقوال المتهمين امام جهات التحقيق وجمع الاستدلال ، كما اعترف المتهمين المذكورين أنه تم استبدال الاكياس من ماركة (NAAM) الى اكياس جديدة تحمل مسمى (الاهلي) ، حيث اعترف المتهم الثالث انه هو من قام بشرائها وتسليمها الى المتهم الثاني ، واكد المتهم الثاني انه امر المتهم الاول بتنظيف الارز وتصفيته وبعدها اعادة تعبئته في اكياس جديدة ، وهو ما اقر به المتهم الاول وبين الطريقة التي تمت بذلك ، وكذلك فان المتهمين الخامس والسادس اعترفا بأنه بعد تنظيف الارز يتم تعبئته في اكياس جديدة تم احضارها الى المزرعة ويتم بعد التعبئة وزن الكيس الجديد وخياطته و وضعه في المخزن ، كما اعترف المتهم الثاني وهو يعمل مديرا للمخازن ان الارز من ماركة (نعم) منتهى الصلاحية في شهر 1/2016 ، وقد تم وضعه خارج المخزن منذ تاريخ 1/2/2016 لانتهاء صلاحيته وفقا لما هو معمول لديهم ، مما يستنتج من ذلك ان الارز بعد انتهاء صلاحيته بقى خارج المخزن اكثر من شهرين ، من يوم اخراجه من المخازن ولحين ضبط هذه الواقعة في 11/4/2016.
