يجب ان تكون الاجهزه والمعدات الخاصه

يجب ان تكون الاجهزه والمعدات الخاصه بالمشروع حديثة الصنع وأن لا تزيد مدة تخزينها عن 6 اشهر من تاريخ تجميعها بعد التصنيع وان تكون الشركات والمصانع المصنعه لها لا زالت مستمره في الانتاج الصناعي لنفس الاجهزه والمعدات وان يكون لها وكيل معتمد في المملكه العربيه السعوديه وتكون متداولة ومستخدمة في مشاريع اخرى في المملكه العربيه السعوديه ويجب اخذ موافقة الوزارة على المعدات والاجهزه المقترحه حسب نصوص العقد
