الإشراف والتدقيق على حسابات الشركة بكامل التفاصيل و الاجراءات و تقديم تقارير دورية إلى لجنه التدقيق عن شؤون الشركة المالية، إضافةً إلى الإشراف والتدقيق على عمليات الشركة بجميع الدوائر و الاقسام , والتـاكد من سلامة و دقة الإجراءات المتبعة بالإضافة إلى التوصية بتطويرها بشكل مستمر للتأكد من تطبيق أفضل الممارسات الدولية المتبعة، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة الإجراءات الإدارية بالشركة والتأكد من سلامة الإجراءات حسب لوائح الشركة الداخلية.
