البند (14): المنازعات
في حال نشوء أي نزاع بين الطرفين – لا قدر الله – بشأن تفسير او نفاذ أو إنهاء هذا العقد، يتعهد الطرفان بحله بالطرق الودية مستلهمين في ذلك مبادئ حسن النية والتعامل التجاري الشريف، فإذا تعذر ذلك كان القانون المطبق هو الأنظمة النافذة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وكان الاختصاص القضائي للنظر في النزاع والفصل فيه للمحكمة العامة الواقع ضمن اختصاصها المكاني العقار.
البند (15): الإقرار بالاطلاع على بنود العقود وتفهم محتواه
يقر الطرفان بأنهما قد قاما بالاطلاع على بنود العقد جميعها وتفهما محتواه ومضمونه قبل التوقيع عليه، ويقرَّا بأن أي تغيير أو تعديل على العقد لا يكون له أي أثر إن لم يدرج بملحق تابع لهذا العقد يقوما بالتوقيع عليه أصولاً.
البند (16): نسخ العقد
حرر هذا العقد باللغة العربية فقط وعلى نسختين، بيد كل طرف نسخة للعمل بمقتضاها.
