كان تصميم المصنع رائعا ولكنه يفتقر الي التكامل من زاوية التشغيل فبعض الاجهزة حديث والبعض الاخر قديم واستخدام الانسان الالي - محاكاة للغرب يتناقض مع الحاجة الي تشغيل العمال
