يضمن المقاول الاعمال التي قام بتنفيذها لمدة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة من تاريخ الاستلام الابتدائي المؤقت إلا إذا تضمنت شروط التعاقد مدة اطول ، ويكون المقاول مسئولاً عن بقاء جميع الاعمال سليمة خلال مدة الضمان ويلتزم بإصلاح أي خلل يظهر خلال تلك المدة على نفقته والا قامت الجمعية بالإصلاح على حساب المقاول ، وعند انتهاء فترة الضمان يخطر المقاول الجمعية كتابتا لتحديد موعد للمعاينة ومتى تبين ان الاعمال قد نفذت كما تم الاتفاق عليه يتم تسليمها تسليماً نهائياً بموجب محضر يوقع عليه المقاول أو وكيله الرسمي ولجنة المعاينة والاستلام.
