يقر الطرف الاول بأن للطرف الثاني الحق في تأجير العين محل العقد للغير من الباطن في أي وقت يشاء ولأي مدة لا تتجاوز مدة هذا العقد مع الابقاء على نفس النشاط ( ) بعد اعلام الطرف الأول خطيا ويبقى الطرف الثاني ملتزم بكافة بنود العقد .
