3- تلتزم الشركة في حال إنفكاك منسوبهم من العمل بسبب الاستقالة أو الفصل بتحويل مكافأة نهاية خدمته وأية تعويضات تستحق له وتحويلها لحسابه الجاري طرف الطرف الأول . وإشعار الطرف الأول بذلك قبل التحويل ليتسنى له ترتيب خصم المبلغ لمواجهة أي التزامات تستحق قبل موظف الطرف الثاني.
4- عدم إخلاء الطرف الثاني لذمة منسوبه أو تحويل مرتبه لغير حسابه لدى الطرف الأول أو صرف مستحقات نهاية خدمته لبنك آخر ، إلا بموافقة خطيه من الطرف الأول وتحمل توقيع ممثله المعتمد باتفاق الطرفين .
