ويتفق المبحوثين على ان الاحتلال الاسرائيلي يشكل عائق كبيرة امام الشركات متعددة الجنسيات، لان الاحتلال الاسرائيلي يسبب عدم الاستقرار السياسي والامني لدى الفلسطينيين، فالاغلاقات ودخول المدن الفلسطينية وفصل المناطق الفلسطينية عن بعضها البعض يشكل عقبة كبيرة امام الشركات متعددة الجنسيات. عدا عن الجمارك العالية على ادخال المواد الاولية اللازمة لعمل الشركات متعددة الجنسيات.
ومن الحلول المقترحة ان يكون هناك شراكة بين الشركات متعددة الجنسيات والشركات الفلسطينية لكي يتم تقوية هذه الشركات ودعمها وتحقيق الافادة للطرفين.
ولكي يتم تحقيق النجاح للشركات متعددة الجنسيات في فلسطين يجب ان يتم تفعيل وتعديل قانون تشجيع الاستثمار، لكي يتسنى لهذه الشركات العمل بحرية في فلسطين، اضافة الى العمل على الحصول على ضمان من اسرائيل بعدم التعرض لهذه الشركات. كما يجب نشر ثقافة هذه الشركات في المجتمع الفلسطيني.
