وتتولى الوزارة آنفة الذكر اعلام الجمعية بمبلغ المنحة السنوية والمتضمنة نفقات الرواتب والأجور والنفقات التشغيلية رسمياً . وتقوم الجمعية بمفاتحة الوزارة وبصورة رسمية شهرياً لغرض تمويل حسابها المعتمد من وزارة المالية عن طريق البنك المركزي العراقي بالرواتب والنفقات التشغيلية .
