بحث حول السلم


مفهوم السلم׃
هو وضع يسود فيه الأمن والاستقرار واللاحـرب ٬ ويشعر فيه الإنسان بأمنه وأمن ممتلكاته.
- وبمعنى آخر هو حالة اطمئنان واستقرار ناجمة عن القدرة على صيانة البلاد وحدودها من الأخطار الأجنبية وفرض النظام في الداخل وتوطيده .


السلم العالمي
- يمثل السلم ضرورة حيوية لكل الشعوب والدول . ولذا جعلت الأمم المتحدة حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين من أولى اهدافها .


كيف يتحقق السلم ؟
أ – على المستوى الدولي ׃
يجب أن يرتكز الجهد الدولي على ما يلي ׃
- تفعيل دور هيئة الأمم المتحدة من اجل نشر السلم والأمن.
- جعل القارات الخمس مناطق منزوعة السلاح
-منع التجارب النووية على الأرض وفي الجو والبحار والمحيطات.
- تدمير وإتلاف أسلحة الدمار الشامل تدريجيا.
- غلق المفاعلات النووية أو استخدامها لأغراض سلمية .
- وضع نظام اقتصادي عالمي جديد قائم على المساواة والعدالة والتنمية .


فكما قال تعالى
وان جنحوا للسلم فاجنح لها وتوكل على الله انه هو السميع العليم


ب – على المستوى الوطني ׃
ويتحقق ذلك بتحقيق المواطن الصالح المسؤول وتعليمه ثقافة السلم المتمثلة في تجنب العنف ٬ واحترام التنوع الثقافي ٬ وترقية الديمقراطية ٬ والعدل٬والحرية ٬ والتسامح ٬والحوار ٬ وتحقيق التنمية .


أهمية السلم ׃
للسلم مزايا عديدة منها ׃
- فرض الاستقرار والنظام والطمأنينة.
- توفير الحياة الكريمة والإبداع والتطور والازدهار.
- ضمان الحقوق والحريات.
- التمكن من ممارسة الديمقراطية .
- تحقيق الانسجام والوئام والمحبة والإخاء بين الدول والشعوب.


مجهودات الأمم المتحدة في نشر السلم العالمي :
- حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين.
- فض النزاعات بين الدول بالطرق السلمية.
- العمل على الحد من السباق نحو التسلح ونزع السلاح.
- ترقية حقوق الإنسان.
- تشجيع التمنية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتعليمية في العالم.
- دراسة المواضيع والشكاوى التي ترفع إليها.
- تصفية الاستعمار في العديد من بلدان العالم.
- ساهمت في القضاء على الميزالعنصري
