يجب على المقاول الحرص والمحافظه على سلامة التمديدات الكهربائية وخطوط الخدمات الاخرى الموجوده في الموقع والالتزام بأنظمه وزارة الدفاع الخاصه بالخدمات والمنافع والغرامات المطبقة وإن أي ضرر يلحق بأي منها بسبب يرجع إليه أو إلى أحد مقاوليه عليه اصلاحه على حسابه الخاص حسب توجيهات مهندس المشروع
