يرد ضمان العطاء لأصحاب العطاءات التي تقرر عدم قبولها وذلك دون توقف على طلب منهم ، ويكون رد الضمان قبل انقضاء مدة صلاحية العطاءات أو بعد انقضائها بمدة لا تتجاوز ستون يوماً.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The tender is provided to bidders that decides not to accept without interruption on the request, and the guarantee before the expiry of the period of validity of tenders or after expiry of the period not exceeding sixty days.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Full tender to ensure that bidders decide not to accept it without interruption and at the request of them, and be refund guarantee before expiry of the bidding or after which the duration of validity of no more than sixty days.
