يحدد في قرار التكليف موعد انتهاء عمل لجنة التحليل والتقييم لكل عملية شراء على حدة ، وإذا حدثت ظروف قاهرة ولم تستطع اللجنة اتمام عملها خلال الفترة المحددة جاز لها ان تتقدم الى رئيس لجنة المناقصات بطلب تمديد لفترة عملها للمدة المناسبة ، وفي هذه الحالة يجب إخطار مقدمي العطاءات بتمديد فترة صلاحية العطاءات.
