▪ تقارير الأداء المالي ويتضمن ما يلي: تقرير مقارنة الموازنة مع الفعلي لتكاليف الأصول الثابتة وتوسعات النشاط.* تقرير مقارنة الموازنة مع الفعلي للتدفقات النقدية.- يرفق مع كل تقرير شرح بأهم أحداث الشهر، الانحرافات غير المقبولة وأسبابها. - تكون مسئولية إعداد هذه التقارير على لجنة الموازنة. - يجب على مدير كل إدارة تحضير ملاحظاته على الأرقام المقارنة وتفسيره للانحرافات الناتجة فيما يخص إدارته وإرسالها إلى لجنة الموازنة.يجب على لجنة الموازنة تحليل جميع المعلومات المستلمة وإدراج جميع ملاحظاتها في تقارير الموازنات الشهري.يجب اجتماع لجنة الموازنة بشكل شهري من أجل مراجعة حالة الموازنة في ضوء العمليات الحالية.
