ان تضع الوزارة نموذجا موحدا او اكثر للائحة تنظيم العمل، على ان يكون شاملا لقواعد تنظيم العمل و ما يتصل به من احكام، بما في ذلك الاحكام المتعلقة بالميزات و الاحكام الخاصة بالمخالفات و الجزاءات التأديبية

The Ministry should establish uniform model or more regulation, universal rules of organization of work and related provisions, including provisions for features and provisions concerning offences and disciplinary sanctions
