انتهت الوحدة الاستراتيجية لمجموعة المجدوعي القابضة من تنظيم وعقد وادارة ورش العمل الاستراتيجية لكافة ادارات واقسام المجموعة، وذلك تزامنا مع نهاية عام 2016 والبدء فى وضع كافة الخطط الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للعام الجديد 2017 بحول الله تعالى .

وروعى فى بناء خطط عام 2017 ان تتماشى مع رؤية المملكة المستقبلية "رؤية 2030"
وقد تم استعراض جميع خطط العمل والتشغيل المقدمة من كافة الادارات والخاصة بالعام 2016 ومانتج عنها من اثار ايجابية على المجموعة وتم تلافى والحد من اية معوقات قد تواجهها خطط 2017، وتمت المناقشة بحضور مدير كل ادارة وقسم معنى ومدراء الصف الاول وذلك لتجهيزهم لادوار قيادية مستقبلية.

الجدير بالذكر بان ورش العمل استغرقت اكثر من اسبوعين واقيمت بفندق كامبينسكى الخبر.
