يفترض على المعلم معرفه نقاط ضعف الطلاب ومساعدتهم في حل مشكلتهم .وايضا من ممكن ان يركز المعلم اللغة على مهارة التحدث في خارج الصف الدراسي في الانشطة الخارجيه لتتنمي مهاره الطلاقه ولا تقتصر على داخل الصف فقط
