لضمان التزام المنشآت التي تتقدم بطلب الاستقدام أو نقل خدمات العنصر النسائي، وُضعت عقوبات دون الاخلال بما تقضي به الأنظمة ذات العلاقة من عقوبات بحيث يتم منع المنشأة المُخالفة من استقدام ونقل خدمات العنصر النسائي لمدة خمس سنوات في حال ثبوت مخالفتها لهذه الشروط والأحكام.
