وإذا تأخر دون عذر مقبول، وجب عليه دفع غرامة تأخير بنسبة (1%) من إجمالي قيمة عقد الأرض عن سنوات التعاقد الثلاث، وذلك عن كل يوم تأخير، بحد أقصى خمسة عشر يوما
