علاج انفلونزا الخنازير

عند التاكد من الاصابة بانفلونزا الخنازير يجب اتباع الخطوات التالية من اجل علاج انفلونزا الخنازير وعدم انتشار المرض :

- ينبغي التحدث الى الطبيب. قد تكون هنالك حاجة الى اجراء فحوص للتاكد من وجود انفلونزا الخنازير.

- ينبغي التزام البيت وعدم الذهاب الى المدرسة او الى العمل. كما ينبغي محاولة الامتناع عن الاقتراب من الاخرين او ملامستهم، من اجل تقليص احتمالات نقل الفيروس الى اشخاص اخرين.

- ينبغي تغطية الانف دائما بمنديل عند السعال او العطس، ثم رمي المنديل في حاوية القمامة بعد الاستعمال.

- في حال عدم توفر منديل، يجب تغطية الانف والفم بالجزء الداخلي من المرفق، وليس بكف اليد.

- ينبغي الحرص على غسل اليدين بعد السعال او العطس.
