يتعهد الطرف الثاني بأن يعمل تحت إدارة وإشراف الطرف الأول في مشروع (..............)أو في أي مشروع أخر يوجهه إليه الطرف الأول وفق شروط هذا العقد وأية لوائح أو قواعد أو تعليمات يصدرها الطرف الأول دون اعتراض منه على ذلك بمهنة (...........), ويحق للطرف الأول بعد موافقة الطرف الثاني أن يكلفه بالعمل بمهنة أخرى بذات المستوى المهني المعين عليه.
