يباشر امين الصندوق الإختصاصات الأتيه:
-تحصيل جميع الإيرادات وأموال الجمعيه وإيداعها في المصرف الذي به أموال الجمعيه
- تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الإدارة من الناحيه الماليه والتحقيق من مطابقتها لبنود الميزانيه واللائحه الماليه
- التوقيع مع الرئيس على أذونات الصرف والشيكات
- الإشراف على حسابات الجمعيه والمحافظه على مستندات الإيرادات والمصروفات وهو مسئول عن جميع البيانات الحسابيه التي ترصد في الدفاتر
- وضع الحساب الختامي للسنه الماليه المنتهيه والإشتراك مع أمين السر في وضع مشروع ميزانيه السنه الماليه المقبله وتقديمها الى مجلس الإدارة
- حفظ السجلات والدفاتر الماليه والمستندات وكل مايتصل بالناحيه الماليه في مقر الجمعيه
- صرف المرتبات وفواتير المشتريات المختلفه
- حفظ السلف المستديمه
يضع مجلس الإدارة مايراه من لوائح خاصه لتنظيم أعمال الجمعيه بالأخص اللوائح الأتيه :
- اللأئحه الداخليه
- اللأئحه الماليه
