10- يجوز تجديد الصكوك التي لم تقدم للصرف خلال فتره (3) اشهر من تاريخ انتهاء الاستحقاق والبالغ ستة اشهر . وان يتم ذلك بتقديم طلب من المستفيد للموافقة على التجديد موضحاً فيه أسباب عدم تقديم الصك للصرف خلال فترة الفترة أعلاه وفي حال الموافقة على التجديد يجري اتباع احد الإجرائيين
