يتحمل مالك المشروع كافة المسؤوليات

يتحمل مالك المشروع كافة المسؤوليات والتبعات بشكل كامل عن اية تاثيرات بيئية او اضرار او مخلفات تحدث اثناء تشغيل المشروع ومرحلة ما بعد الانتهاء منه بما في ذلك تكاليف اجراءات التخفيف والمعالجة ، ودفع التعويضات وتسوية المستحقات وفقا للقوانين واللوائح والاسس والضوابط التي تحددها هذه الوزارة والجهات الاخرى المختصة في هذا الشأن .
الانبعاثات / المخلفات :
1ـ يجب اقامة محطة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي الناتجة من انشطة المشروع ، والتقدم الى دائرة التفتيش والرقابة البيئية بهذه الوزارة بطلب الحصول على ترخيص باعادة استخدام المياه المعالجة ، او اقامة خزان التحلل اللاهوائي متبوع بخزان احتجاز وفقا للمواصفات المعتمدة مع نقل محتوياته بصفة دورية الى الاماكن المخصصة لها وتجنب عمليات طفحها وفيضانها في مواقع العمل وفقا للاجراءات المتبعة في هذه الشأن .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
