تقوم الإدارة الطالبة بإعداد مذكره شراء الصنف المطلوب من خامات او مواد ويتم اعتماد المذكرة من مدير الادارة الطالبة ومن ثم رفعه إلى إدارة المشتريات.يقوم منسق المشتريات بإعداد طلب شراء الصنف المطلوب طبقا للموازنة التقديرية للشركة في الشراء.في حالة وجود مورد (من قائمة الموردين المعتمدين) يقوم منسق المشتريات بالحصول على الاعتمادات المطلوبة (حسب مصفوفة الصلاحيات) وإدارة المشتريات وإتمام عملية الشراء ويفضل دائماً الحصول على أكثر من عرض سعر وليس الاعتماد فقط على الموردين المعتمدين.
