و حيث ان عدد الحصص المملوكة للمتوفي

و حيث ان عدد الحصص المملوكة للمتوفي تبلغ 60000 حصة و التى تمثل كامل الحصص المملوكة له فى الشركة , على ان يتم توزيعها على الورثة بالتساوى , ليصبح نصيب كل واحد منهم 20.000 الف حصة , و حذف اسم الهالك من نموذج التوقيع
