يحق للجمعية مصادرة ضمان الاداء وإنه

يحق للجمعية مصادرة ضمان الاداء وإنهاء العقد إذا ثبت أن المقاول أو المورد قد استعمل الغش أو التلاعب أو شرع أو أقدم بنفسه أو بواسطة غيره بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر على رشوة أحد الموظفين أو التواطؤ معه فتتخذ في حقه الإجراءات الآتية:
