تم طلب السلعة وتم الانتظار لمدة شهرين وعند ما قارب وقت حماية المشري على النفاذ تم التواصل مع البائع وتم اخباري انة لم يتم الشحنة مع العلم انة تم مراسلك البائع قبل الشحن وتم اخبارة انها هدية وتم الرد من قبلة ان العمل لمدة سبع ايام
وعند سؤالي للبائع عن عدم شحن تم الرد من قبلة انة مشغول مع عملاء اخرين
وتم التواصل معة لسترجاع المال بطريقة ودية تمت المماطلة من قبل البائع
ثم توجهت للحل الاخر وهو فتح منازعة وتم ارجاع المال عن طريق خدمة عملاء aillExpress
