 إتفق الطرفات على أن يتم تأسيس شرط

 إتفق الطرفات على أن يتم تأسيس شرطة مساهمة مصرية وفقاً وقوانين الإستثمار فى مصر على ان تحتوى على البنود الهامة التالية :-
- توزيع حصص راس المال فى الشركة بالتساوى بين الطرفين .
- توزيع الأرباح والخسائر بالتساوى بين الطرفين .
- يلتزم الطرف الثانى بتوفير وتدبير التمويل اللازم والخبرة الفنية الخاصة بالتسويق والإستثمار فى مصر .
- يلتزم الطرف الأول بتوفير كافة سبل تسهيل الاتصالات والدخول فى صفقات تجارية مع العملاء المستهدفين فى مصر وأفريقيا .
- يتم تشيكل مجلس إدارة للشركة المقترح تأسيسها من الطرفين
