أصبحت الضغوط ظاهرة شائعة في الحياة العملية الروتينية، فالضغوط جزء لا يتجزأ من حياة الفرد، وتعد واحدة من أهم ملامح العصر الذي نعيشه ((Bano & Jha, 2012.

كما تعتبر ضغوط الدور من الموضوعات الهامة التي تساهم في دراسة السلوك التنظيمي للموظف، نظراً لنتائجها السلبية على الموظف والمنظمة (Sharma et al., 2012).
