يجب تخزين جثث الحيوانات النافقة باستخدام نظام التبريد اذا تتطلب الامر لمنع التعفن ، ليتم بعد ذلك حرقها في محرقة معدة لهذا الغرض .

الحمأة الناتجة من معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والصناعي يتم تجفيفها ومن ثم تباع كسماد .


يجب استخدام السماد الناتج من الحيوانات في المزرعة لاغراض زراعية ويتم بيع الباقي الى الحدائق المجاورة .

المخلفات الصناعية (مياه التريد ومياه التكثيف والمياه الناتجة من منطقة تنظيف الحيوانات) ترسل الى مرفق معالجة النفايات الصناعية ، ويتم استخدام المياه المعالجة لاغراض التنظيف وغسيل حظائر الحيوانات من المزرعة .


يجب ان تتم عمليات الانتاج في مكان مغلق ن وان تكون ارضية موقع المشروع مغطاة بالخرسانة المسلحة لمنع تسرب الملوثات الى باطن الارض .
