يُدفع بدل التنقل لجميع موظفي القناة باستثناء الموظفين الذين تقدم لهم القناة وسائل تنقل منتظمة. يتوقف صرف بدل التنقل للموظف في حال تم توفير وسيلة نقل مناسبة له
