تقوم الإدارة الطالبة بإعداد مذكره صرف الصنف المطلوب من خامات او مواد ويتم اعتماد المذكرة من مدير الادارة الطالبة .يقوم أمين المخزن بمراجعه طلب صرف الصنف و التأكد من التوقيعات و الاعتمادات و مراجعه ماهو مطلوب و التأكد من توفرة .يقوم أمين المخزن بكتابة الاصناف المطلوب صرفها تفصيليا في نموذج الصرف من المخزن و يتم الاستلام من موظف ادارة الشحن و الاستلام بمطابقة الاصناف المستلمة مع نموذج الصرف الخاص بالمخزن و يوقع علي النموذج بجانب توقيع امين المخزن كمستلم.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
