مادة (53): يتم اخطار جميع العاملين

مادة (53): يتم اخطار جميع العاملين لدى الشركة كتابيا بتقدير الكفاءة الذي حصل عليه ، ويجب على السلطة المختصة توضيح اوجه التقصير لاي عامل يحصل على درجة مقبول او ضعيف ، ويمكن للعامل التظلم من تقرير الكفاءة الى الرئيس التنفيذي خلال شهر من تاريخ اخطاره ويجب الفصل في التظلم خلال سبعة (7) ايام من تاريخ تقديم التظيلم ، ويجب اخطاره بذلك كتابيا .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
