وفقاً لاحتياجات الجمعية فقد قررت الهيئة الإدارية اعتماد مبلغ (25000000) فقط خمسة وعشرون مليون دينار كسقف مالي لصندوق النثرية . يتم استخدامه لأغراض مخصصة مثل ( الصحف ، المواصلات المحلية ، مواد التنظيف ) واية مصروفات أخرى يوافق عليها الأمين المالي ضمن حدود (250000) فقط مائتان وخمسون الف دينار

According to the needs of the Assembly, the governing body has decided to adopt (25,000,000) only twenty five million dinars financial ceiling for incidental Fund. It is used for purposes such as (newspapers, local transportation, cleaning materials) and any other expenses approved by the Financial Secretary within (250,000) only two hundred and fifty thousand dinars
